Our church is made up of people from all walks of life – from farmers to teachers, from housewives to business people, all with the same reason in mind for being here – to learn to grow in Christian faith, and to learn to share Christ’s love with others. Our prayer is that you will be able to sense God’s love in our family, and that you will take away new truths that will help you in your personal spiritual walk.
We have a history of almost 90 years in the city of Grande Prairie, AB.
Faith Practices We Observe
At McLaurin Baptist , the Bible is very important to us, and in all matters of faith and practice, it is our guide.
COMMUNION – Believers are invited to join in this oart of the service where we remember our Saviour’s death by partaking of bread and wine, representing the body and blood or our Saviour, Jesus Christ. We observe communion on the first Sunday of the month, during both services.
If you have any questions about our church or our beliefs, please feel free to contact any member or our pastoral staff. We would be happy to discuss with you any aspect of your personal faith, or share with you how you can come to know Christ as your personal Lord and Saviour.
