CHANGES TO 2025/2026 Club season:

1. Shorter Season - Club wraps up April 22 now instead of end of May

2. A set registration window (Aug 1st to Sept 3, or till club is full) - once Awana starts we will not be adding new attendees (with the exception of friends that get invited from time to time) on an ongoing basis. Our club roster will be set before we begin in the fall.

3. Handbook groups will be consistent week to week, no new additions once we're settled in, for a more steady and consistent experience there along with emphasis on more regular attendance.

4. We're working on better sound control in our classrooms to make the noise levels easier on everyone.

5. Additional training for Junior Leaders and volunteers to help tighten our experience all around and during some of our transitions.

6. Clearer emphasis communicated to kids and families on coming prepared with handbook work done and all Awana gear in place each week.

7. Shifting even more toward a team based handbook leader and Cubbies leader appraoch - assigning more leaders to each team to help share the load. Volunteers will have more people to lean on if something comes up and they can't make a club night.

Registration for the 2025-2026 program year will open on August 1st, 2025.
